The VIASURE Blood Pathogens Extraction Kit (CE-IVDR) for VIASURE V-Flex is designed for the isolation and purification of viral, bacterial and parasitic DNA and RNA from different clinical samples (whole blood, plasma, serum, blood culture, and cerebrospinal fluid) for subsequent diagnostic purposes using the automated extraction VIASURE V-Flex System. The kit contains different reagents to process clinical samples within automated platforms and facilitate the sensible detection of pathogens with real-time PCR (qPCR and RT-qPCR) assays.

The VIASURE Blood Pathogens Extraction Kit for VIASURE V-Flex procedure is based on the spontaneous and reversible adsorption of nucleic acids to superparamagnetic beads with a functionalized surface under appropriate buffer conditions. After some washing steps the nucleic acids are eluted in a purified and concentrated solution.

VIASURE Blood Pathogens Extraction Kit is optimized for the liquid handling platform VIASURE V-Flex.
