Advantages of the tissue culture dishes:

  • opto-mechanical activation of the growth zone
  • gripping ring: often copied, never equaled!
  • yellow labeling field printed on the side of the dish lid
  • stacking rim in the dish lid and matching on the dish base enables safe stacking of several dishes
  • numerical orientation in the chrono time system in the base of the dish
  • cams on the inside of each dish lid serve as spacers to the dish for constant gas exchange with low evaporation.

The numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12 are set into the bottom of the dish in the chrono time system. This allows areas to be defined, identified and documented in the same way as a clock.
