The nerbe plus EcoRacks offer a sustainable alternative to conventional pipette tip boxes. The completely paper-based packaging, combined with reinforced cardboard, ensures safe and reliable storage of the pipette tips. At the same time, it guarantees easy disposal and significantly reduces plastic waste in the laboratory.

The filter tip made of polypropylene (PP), surface-optimized, is designed for a volume of 0–100 µl. It is transparent and features engraved rings for graduation. It is supplied in an EcoRack with 96 pieces. The product is sterilized (Sterilization according to SAL 10-6) and PCR-ready. The tip has a length of 53.40 mm (+/- 0.2 mm) and an inner diameter of 0.47 mm (+/- 0.2 mm).
The material of the tip (PP) is biologically inert, physiologically safe, and free from heavy metals according to the EC/94/62 regulation. It contains no plasticizers or phthalates and complies with the European REACH Regulation 1907/2006. The product is non-cytotoxic, non-hemolytic, and equipped with a high-density polyethylene (PE) filter.
The filter tip is free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA, RNase, DNase, pyrogens, and endotoxins. Sterilization is done via radiation sterilization (SAL 10-6), and it has a shelf life of 60 months.
Storage should be in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40%-60% and a temperature range of +10°C to a maximum of +30°C.
