HTRF™ (Homogeneous Time Resolved Fluorescence) technology can be utilized in cellular or biochemical assays, employing competitive and non-competitive formats. It may be used for drug discovery, biotherapy and basic research in therapeutic areas such as oncology, CNS and metabolic and immune disorders. Researchers can explore a wide range of applications, including GPCRs, kinases, epigenetics, biotherapy, and quantification of a range of biomarkers and cytokines.
Revvity offers ready-to use kits with a no-wash technology, making assays much faster and convenient.
AlphaLISA® is a bead-based, no-wash luminescent technology. When Alpha Donor and Acceptor beads are brought together through binding to the target, a cascade of chemical reactions is set in motion, creating an amplified signal. These versatile beads are conjugated with various biomolecules that enable the detection of unique biological events, offering maximum flexibility.
Virtually any target can be quickly and easily measured using Alpha technology, an improved alternative to quantitative ELISA assays and ELISA reagents. Such targets include enzymes, receptor-ligand interactions, low-affinity interactions, second messenger levels, DNA, RNA, proteins, protein-protein interactions, peptides, sugars and small molecules.
With applications in biotechnology, molecular biology, proteomics, and more, western blotting is the most widely used technique for detecting protein expression levels in cells. Using a unique combination of specific immunodetection and size-based separation capabilities, western blotting provides reliable, convenient, high-quality data that’s considered to be the gold standard in protein detection. Revvity's wide range of western blotting solutions gives you high level of sensitivity, specificity, and selectivity so you can be confident in your results. Chemiluminescent Blotting Substrates
