In order to ensure food safety, food producers must follow strict hygiene requirements in production. Surface sterility and cleanliness are monitored constantly to check compliance with hygiene requirements. Adenosine triphosphate, ATP, is found in every living organism and therefore analyzing ATP with a luminometer is a common methodology for assessing the cleanliness of surfaces.
PureTrustTM ATP Intelligent Hygiene Detection System is consisted by Intelligent
Fluorescence Detector and Surface Swabs. Based on the principle of firefly luminescence, the system utilizes luciferase-luciferin’s reaction system to quickly detect
adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to monitor the hygiene status.
