Nemis Technologies rapid pathogen detection tests for the food industry

Nemis Technologies is a Swiss company that offers tests for E.coli, Salmonella spp and Listeria monocytogenes pathogens on surfaces. Testing is very simple, all you need is a test kit, test swabs, a luminometer and an incubator, and the first results can be obtained within 24 hours. There is also an ATP test available for surface sterility testing.

Often, an expensive PCR method or a classical seeding method, which often takes a long time, is used to determine food and surface pathogens. However, time is critical in identifying pathogens. The use of Nemis Technologies tests allows testing on site, helping to get quick answers to react immediately if necessary.
